The home sleeps up to 6 people. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom dining room and toilet. Downstairs there is a large modern kitchen, lounge with an uninterrupted view of Weymouth Bay. Outside of the kitchen and lounge area is a large 10 x 10 wood deck overlooking Lodmoor Bird Sanctuary and Weymouth Bay.  Deck has a barbeque grill, table and chairs with steps that lead down to a secluded flower and vegetable garden.

The large kitchen has seating for six adults and is well appointed with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and oversized refrigerator/freezer. There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge, DVD, radio, high-speed internet connection with comfortable seating for six. House is centrally heated, plus a gas fire in the lounge/dining area. Hot water is from an on demand boiler that ensures there is always a plentiful supply. Master Bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to two single beds.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a full bed and an additional single bed is available downstairs.  A cot is available upon request.

The views from the lounge, kitchen, bedrooms 1 & 3 and deck encompasses Portland, town and harbor of Weymouth and all along the Jurassic Coast to Lulworth Cove.
